Kamairicha is the Japanese name for pan fired green tea. This lot is produced in Kanaya, Japan from the Sa Midori “vibrant spring green” cultivar. The golden liquor is creamy and sweet with flavors reminiscent of buttered zucchini and steamed edamame with a slightly nutty finish.

Infusion: For an 8 oz serving, steep 2 heaping teaspoons of leaf in 175°F water for 1-3 minutes. Enjoy!
