This mildly oxidized oolong from Fujian has been carefully rolled and dusted with a healthful dose of Asian ginseng powder. The golden amber liquor is rich and malty with a lingering sweetness reminiscent of agave and licorice root that endures multiple steeps.
Infusion: For an 8 oz serving, steep 1 level teaspoon of leaf in 195°F water for 1-4 minutes.
